Meet Tim

Timothy Morrisroe Lynn is a developer, attorney, and economic‑development strategist whose work has helped drive the resurgence of legacy industrial districts and historic neighborhoods across Central and Upstate New York. As founder of Morrisroe Lynn Development LLC and a principal at LDTS Law, he specializes in transforming underutilized historic structures into productive, community‑anchoring assets.

Tim’s development and advisory portfolio spans some of the region’s most significant adaptive‑reuse projects, including the C.G. Meeker Warehouse, Oak Knitting Mill, Addis Department Store, Merrell‑Soule Nonesuch Mincemeat Factory, Amphion Piano Player Company Factory, Utica Steam Cotton Mill, Ellwanger & Barry Building, and the Oval Wood Dish Company complex in Tupper Lake. His projects are known for pairing architectural preservation with modern economic utility, catalyzing reinvestment in surrounding neighborhoods.

A recognized expert in historic tax credits, brownfield redevelopment, and incentive‑driven capital stacks, Tim structures projects that align public‑sector goals with private‑sector feasibility. His work integrates legal strategy, financial engineering, and on‑the‑ground development management, enabling complex projects to move from concept to completion with clarity and compliance.

Tim’s approach reflects a deep commitment to regional revitalization, sustainability, and the long‑term stewardship of historic assets. His work continues to shape the economic and cultural landscape of Syracuse, Skaneateles, and communities across Upstate New York.
