Dan McGarvey

Dan McGarvey joined the firm in 2023. He is a Syracuse native and proud alumni of Le Moyne College and Syracuse University College of Law. Dan frequently represents clients in various real estate development projects including through the use of the Historic Tax Credit and the Brownfield Redevelopment Tax Credit. In addition to real estate development, Dan enjoys helping clients through various corporate matters.

Outside the office, Dan can frequently be found on the golf course and rooting for Syracuse Football and Basketball.  He enjoys giving back by volunteering at St Patrick and St Brigid Parish and serves on the board of directors for the Onondaga County Bar Association.
