Scott Hatz

Scott is an experienced New York attorney with a long-standing practice focused on business law, banking, bankruptcy, debtor–creditor matters, and commercial real estate. For nearly four decades, he has advised individuals, businesses, and financial institutions on complex legal and financial issues with a practical, solutions‑driven approach.

A graduate of Albany Law School, Scott has been admitted to practice in New York since 1987 and is also admitted to the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York.

Outside of the office, Scott enjoys plays golf and spending time with his family.
